About us and these terms
StillorganTV ("we", "us", "our") is a trading name of stillorgantaxis. We sell IPTV Subscription plans to customers in Ireland as an authorised, licensed reseller. You can reach us at any time on WhatsApp at +44 7452 112479.
These terms apply to every order you place with us, whether through this website or WhatsApp. They don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
Our IPTV Subscription plans and prices
We offer four prepaid plans. All prices are in euro and include everything listed on our Subscription page:
1 Month€14.99
3 Months€29.99
6 Months€39.99
12 Months ★€49.99
Every plan includes the same channel line-up, on-demand library, picture quality (4K, Full HD or HD where available) and 24/7 WhatsApp support. The 12-month plan also includes priority setup help. The price you agree when you order is the price you pay for that plan. Any future price change only applies to new orders and renewals.
Ordering and payment
- You order by sending us a message on WhatsApp, either from a button on this website or directly.
- We'll confirm the plan, the price and the secure payment options before you pay anything.
- A contract between us is formed when we confirm your payment has been received.
- You must be 18 or over to place an order, and the details you give us must be accurate.
In plain English: nothing is charged until you've seen the exact plan and price in writing.
Activation and delivery
After payment is confirmed, we send your login details and a setup guide by WhatsApp. This usually happens within minutes, although it can occasionally take longer at very busy times. Your plan period starts on the day your login details are sent.
If you haven't received your details within 24 hours of payment, contact us and we'll sort it out straight away.
Plan length, renewals and upgrades
- Every plan is prepaid for a fixed period of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
- Plans do not renew automatically, and we never take repeat payments without your agreement.
- To keep watching, message us before your plan ends and we'll renew it.
- Want a longer plan? Ask us at any time and we'll explain your upgrade options.
Your right to cancel and refunds
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, you normally have 14 days from the date your contract is formed to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason.
Because an IPTV subscription is a digital service, you can ask us to activate it straight away, within those 14 days. If you do, we'll ask you to confirm on WhatsApp that you want the service to start immediately. If you then cancel within the 14 days, we'll refund what you paid minus a proportionate amount for the time you've already had the service, as the law allows.
To cancel, simply send us a clear message on WhatsApp saying you want to cancel. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving that message, using the same payment method where possible.
In plain English: changed your mind in the first 14 days? Tell us and you'll get your money back for the unused time.
Service quality and faults
We'll provide the service with reasonable care and skill, and it should match how we describe it. If something isn't working, contact us and we'll try to fix it quickly. Most problems are solved in minutes with a settings change or app update.
If we can't fix a fault on our side within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a refund for the affected period under consumer law.
Streaming depends on your internet connection and device, so occasional buffering caused by your broadband or Wi-Fi isn't a fault in our service. We may also need short maintenance windows, and we'll keep these as brief as possible.
Channels and on-demand content
We supply content through licensed sources. The exact channels, events and on-demand titles available depend on the rights included in your package, and these can change from time to time, for example when a broadcaster or rights holder changes its agreements. If a change significantly reduces what you paid for, contact us and we'll offer a fair solution. You can ask us for the current channel list at any time.
Fair and acceptable use of your IPTV Ireland service
Your IPTV Ireland login is for private, non-commercial viewing in your own household. You agree not to:
- share, sell or give away your login details to people outside your household;
- show the service in a pub, shop or other public or commercial place;
- record, copy, rebroadcast or redistribute any content;
- stream on more devices at the same time than your package allows;
- try to interfere with, copy or reverse-engineer our systems.
Your equipment, internet and TV licence
You're responsible for having a compatible device and a suitable internet connection. We recommend at least 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps or more for 4K. We'll happily recommend apps and help with setup, but we can't be responsible for third-party apps, devices or your broadband provider.
You're also responsible for any TV licence that applies to the equipment you use in Ireland. For example, a TV licence is generally needed for a television set, including a Smart TV.
Suspension and ending the service
We may suspend or end your service if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling your login. Where reasonable, we'll contact you first so you can put things right. If we end the service for any reason that isn't your fault, we'll refund you for the unused part of your plan.
Privacy and your data
We only collect what we need to provide your IPTV subscription: your name, WhatsApp number, chosen plan, payment confirmation and the messages you send us. We use this information to set up your service, support you and handle renewals. We never sell your data.
- We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
- Under the GDPR, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Just message us.
- The contact form on our website doesn't store anything. It simply opens WhatsApp with your message.
- If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission.
Our responsibility to you
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses, because the service is for private household use. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects your statutory rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in our service. The version that applies to you is the one shown on this page when you place or renew your order. We'll always show the date of the latest update at the top of the page.
Complaints and governing law
If you're unhappy with anything, please message us first. Most issues are solved quickly. If we can't resolve a complaint, you can contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission for information about your rights. These terms are governed by Irish law, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of Ireland.
